Direct line to Josh Oransky. Include a sentence on the platform, a sentence on the timeline, and a sentence on what good looks like. That's enough for a useful first reply. josh@cazzaran.com.

02 faq

Before you
write.

How do you scope a project?
Fixed scope, fixed price. The first week is discovery: we agree deliverables, acceptance criteria, and timeline in writing before any code lands. If a request can't fit inside the budget, we say so upfront, not in a status report after the slip.
What does a typical engagement look like?
Fixed-scope projects run four to twelve weeks. Retainers run quarterly with four slots per quarter, embedded with your team via your tooling, sprints, and code review. We operate new builds for the first quarter post-launch, then hand over to your team.
What happens if you miss the timeline?
We eat the difference. No time-and-materials scope creep, no week-one discovery upcharge. The estimate is the commitment. The reason we can promise this is that we only take work we've scoped honestly.
What's the smallest project you'll take?
A single block, a rescue on a stalled EDS build, or a four-week AI benchmark. If the work is well-defined and a senior engineer can finish it cleanly, the floor is low. The ceiling is full migrations from AEM Sites or Adobe Commerce.
Do you work on-site?
Remote-first, embedded with your team. We're in your repo, your sprint board, your code review queue, and your standup if it helps. On-site for kickoffs and milestone moments when it's worth the travel.
